Rush? Flail is a stance :S It'd work with Charge or Windbourne Speed, but again they're too awkward. It'd be a brilliant PvE skill.
The thing is though when using an IAS like Frenzy (warrior perspective)... if your target starts kiting you can't actually catch upto them anyway because they move at the exact same speed.
Same goes for Thumpers, when the target starts kiting your can't catch them anyway. So it may be useful for more experienced thumpers. The main problem is that with it been an adren skill it'd need you to hit once more before you could activate Hammer Bash (or the evis/exec combo) but if your target can't move, such as they're knocked down (Shock or Hammer Bash) or are casting, crippled or stuck in a ward against foes and various other things, the 33% attack speed would be brilliant if they start fleeing theres nothing stopping you from activating Rush/Sprint as a warrior to chase them down as normal, if your a thumper theres nothing you could do about it in the first place so nothing changed. The problem would be that a Thumper could keep Tigers Fury up near permanently, this would be more spike aid.
